Burglary 

Dear Resident,

Between the 10/08/26 and the 17/08/26 a burglary has taken place at a vacant property undergoing renovation in the Ty Coch area.  

20 metres of copper pipping, a shower consumer unit and various plumping fittings have been removed, as well as the lock mechanism on the exterior door used to gain entry.

In light of this we are appealing to residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity, particularly around properties that are unoccupied or undergoing renovation. 

We would also ask residents to remain particularly vigilant for anyone attempting to purchase or transport large quantities of copper piping or building materials in suspicious circumstances.
